We sell free range, locally produced beef, pork, lamb and eggs.
The emphasis is on traditional, grass fed, free range stock.
Our farm qualifies for farm assurance under the Farm Assured British Beef and Lamb scheme and all livestock are fully traceable. We are a local business committed to offering genuine free range, grass fed, quality stock. Animals go direct to a local abattoir where the highest standards of care, hygiene and meat inspection are maintained. Beef is hung well to maximise tenderness and flavour. Our methods of production from farm to table ensure a good animal welfare practice and excellent, quality stock to sell through the shop.
Our free range meats are also used in our homemade pies, pasties and other delicatessen items sold at the shop and at the farmers' markets. Traditional meat pies and puddings are our speciality for which we have won several awards.
